Robert Morris School Web Mail

Currently, until the end of July, all staff will be using the new web mail provided by our new hosting company.  A change in hosting companies was needed as disk space was limited by our old hosting company.  Basically it's the same Horde web mail system for now.  From any computer with Internet access, us the ULR www.RMSchool.com/webmail    Login using your FULL E-mail address and your password.  A warning will come up about being a Secure Site.  Click O.K.   Most new hosting companies are going to Secure sites for E-mail.  This prevents anyone from accessing your E-mail as it travels to and from the hosting company.

If you have an old link to the Horde Web Mail, delete and use the new one with https://www.rmschool.com:2096   in the address.

A warning will come up about being a Secure Site.  Click O.K. 
The first screen that appears is a calendar. 
Just click on the upper left MAIL icon.

During the summer, we will be moving to Google mail or  Gmail.  A web based system by the Google.com company.  It will be a dramatic difference in operation but much easier to use, add attachments and read attachments.   You can also save documents you type to your GMail account and access them anywhere.  GMail will also be a secure site, so the address has the https (s) for secure.
