Motion to approve Board Secretary's Report dated October 31, 2004 indicating a cash balance of $1,116,165.45.



c. MONTHLY CERTIFICATION

The monthly certification of the Board Secretary and board members present to be signed by all stating that no major account has been over expended in violation of NJSA 18A:22-8, 18A:22-8.1 and NJAC 8:20-2.13.

Motion to approve the following tuition costs for out of district placement for the 2004-2005 school year:

b. CORRECTION TO 2004-2005 SALARY OF EMMA DeGIRALAMO

Upon receipt of official transcripts, it is necessary to adjust the salary of Emma DeGiralamo for the 2004-2005 school year (September 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005). She is to be placed on step 5 of the BA+15 salary guide ($42,355) and had previously been approved on step 5 of the BA salary guide ($41,355).



c. APPROVAL OF SUBSTITUTE TEACHER FOR THE 2004-2005 SCHOOL YEAR



Motion to approve the following substitute teacher for the 2004-2005 school year (September 1, 2005 - June 30, 2005):

d. APPROVAL OF ROBOTICS ADVISORS

Motion to approve Mr. Riley and Mrs. Kordell as co-advisors for Robotics for the 2004-2005 school year.



e. RECOMMENDATION TO CHANGE PART-TIME CLERK TYPIST POSITION TO FULL TIME

Motion to approve additional time and benefits plus revised job description for the Part-Time Clerk Typist position.



f. APPROVAL OF TRANSFERS IN THE 2004-2005 SCHOOL BUDGET
